This is an order.

  If you want to commission me to take personal photograph(s), you will own, the image(s) and the Copyright © to those image(s). That's only after the check has cleared, until then I as the photographer own both the image(s) and the Copyright © to the image(s).
  For orders, payments need making by check, (in pounds sterling), and the goods will be despatched only after the check has cleared.   However a deposit will be needed if I have to book a studio and model for a commissioned shoot.
  Unless agreed at he time of purchase, I as the photographer will still own the Copyright © to the image(s). Hence you are not able to used the images of commercial or financial gain.
  If you place an order, it also means that you have read these terms and conditions, and agree by them.
  For other terms agreed and on the model release are the terms of agreement if the MR is required, this should only affect commercial buyers.
